DANIELA & WAYNE — WOLLONGONG COURTHOUSE, MARCH 2025

In March, I had the pleasure of photographing an intimate wedding at the Wollongong Courthouse, shared with just 50 of the couple’s nearest and dearest. The ceremony was relaxed and heartfelt — the kind of moment that reminds you how powerful simplicity can be.

Afterwards, we made our way to the lighthouse for portraits, soaking in the salty breeze and golden light. The bride looked incredible in a Danielle Frankel gown — elegant, understated, and timeless. Inspired by Alexandra Daddario’s chic bridal look, she did her own makeup and wore it with the same effortless confidence.

It was a hot day, so we took a spontaneous detour and stopped at an ice cream truck for a cool-down — easily one of my favourite moments. A perfect pause before heading to The Ninth Cloud, a relaxed local spot where the couple celebrated with cocktails, pints of beer, and generous pours of wine.

As the sun dipped lower, the celebrations rolled on with laughter, dancing, and drinks. The couple had designed custom scarves as keepsakes for their guests — a personal and creative touch that made the day feel even more them.
